利益相关者理论视角下医学特色智库建设路径

Study on the Construction Path of Medical Characteristic Think Tanks From the Perspective of Stakeholder Theory

中国特色新型智库是国家软实力的重要组成部分,是构建国家现代治理体系和提高现代治理能力的重要抓手。医学特色智库作为建设具有中国特色新型智库的生动实践,对医学健康事业的发展具有显著推动作用。文章根据我国医学特色智库建设现状,应用利益相关者理论,将医学特色智库建设的各相关主体分为三类,即核心利益相关者、重要利益相关者和一般利益相关者。进而构建各利益相关主体对医学特色智库的运行作用机制模型,从高校、医院、医疗科研机构、政府、企业以及社会大众等不同层面,提出了医学特色智库建设的路径选择。

The new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics is a vital component of national soft power,as well as an important lever for building a modern governance system and enhancing modern governance capabilities.As a vivid practice in this respect,medical characteristic think tanks play a significant role in accelerating the advancement of medical and health care undertakings.According to stakeholder theory,the article categorizes the various stakeholders involved into three categories,namely,core,important and general stakeholders.Furthermore,a model for the operation of medical characteristic think tanks by various stakeholders was constructed,and path choices were proposed from different perspectives such as universities,hospitals,medical research institutions,government,enterprises and the general public.
