摘要
2020年11月15日,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)签署。这标志着当前世界上人口最多、经贸规模最大、最具发展潜力的自由贸易区正式启航。RCEP电子商务章是首次在亚太区域内达成的范围全面、水平较高的诸边电子商务规则成果。文章在概述《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》以及跨境电商在国际经济中地位和作用的基础上,分析了RCEP对我国跨境电商的影响,探讨了RCEP下我国跨境电商面临的机遇,并提出了相应的策略建议。
On November 15,2020,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)was signed.This marks the official launch of the world's most populous and promising free trade zone,with the largest economic and trade scale.The RCEP E-commerce Chapter is the first multilateral e-commerce achievement of comprehensive scope and high level reached in the Asia-Pacific region.Against this backdrop,on the basis of reviewing RCEP and the status and role of cross-border e-commerce in the international economy,the article examines the impact of RCEP on China's cross-border e-commerce,discusses the opportunities faced under RCEP,and proposes corresponding strategies.
