摘要
文章基于2017—2021年55例坍塌事故调查报告,使用复杂网络研究坍塌事故的风险传播特性,建立坍塌事故致因网络结构,进而使用Genie软件建立坍塌事故贝叶斯网络并进行参数化学习,推理分析各类型坍塌事故的发生概率。结果表明,坍塌事故致因网络具有小世界特性,安全监管不到位、违章作业、安全培训缺位是各类型坍塌事故的共性原因。
Based on the investigation report,this article applies complex networks to study the risk propagation characteristics of 55 collapse accidents from 2017 to 2021 through establishing the causal network of collapses.Then,a Bayesian network for collapses was constructed with the help of Genie software in order to conduct parameterized learning to infer and analyze the probability of occurrence of various types of collapses.The results indicate that the causal network exhibits small-world characteristics,and inadequate safety supervision,illegal operations,and insufficient safety training are common causes of each type of collapse.
