摘要
按照一定规则对市场区域进行划分是提高管理质效、增强布局科学性、优化市场单元管理的重要手段。在行业加快高质量发展、推进专卖数字化转型的大背景下,文章利用地图工具及路网数据实现了地图数据的聚类计算,从而探索了烟草市场区域的自动化划分方法。该方法既能提升烟草市场区域布局的科学性,又能利用大数据思维和方法助力烟草专卖管理的数字化转型。
Dividing market regions according to certain rules is an important means to improve management quality and efficiency,enhance layout scientificity,and optimize market unit management.Against the backdrop of accelerating high-quality development in the industry and promoting the digital transformation of monopoly,this article utilizes map tools and road network data to achieve clustering calculation of map data,thus exploring the automated division method of tobacco market regions.This method can not only enhance the scientificity of regional layout in the tobacco market,but also utilize big data thinking and methods to assist in the digital transformation of tobacco monopoly management.
