脂代谢指标及外周血微小RNA-126与冠状动脉钙化形成的相关性

Correlation of serum levels of lipid metabolism indicators and microRNA-126 with coronary artery calcification formation

摘要 目的探讨脂代谢指标及外周血微小RNA-126(miR-126)表达与冠状动脉钙化形成的相关性及临床意义。方法行冠状动脉造影检查的142例患者分为对照组(53例)、斑块组(48例)及钙化组(41例)。采集病史及患者入院2 h内外周静脉血,检测miR-126、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG和载脂蛋白A等指标。结果三组患者年龄、HR、左心室射血分数、HDL-C和TG水平以及男性、家族史、高血压比例比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。斑块组和钙化组吸烟史及糖尿病比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组及斑块组相比,钙化组miR-126表达、TC和LDL-C水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,斑块组及钙化组载脂蛋白A水平降低(P<0.05),钙化组载脂蛋白A水平更低(P<0.05)。结论外周血miR-126表达以及LDL-C和载脂蛋白A水平与冠状动脉钙化形成密切相关,可用作冠状动脉钙化形成的预测指标。 Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of serum levels of lipid metabolism indicators and expression of microRNA-126(miR-126)in peripheral blood with the coronary artery calcification formation.Methods A total of 142 patients underwent coronary arteriography were divided into control group(53 cases),plaque group(48 cases)and calcification group(41 cases).The medical history was collected.The levels of miR-126,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG and apolipoprotein A in peripheral blood were detected.Results There were no statistical differences in age,HR,left ventricular ejection fraction,levels of HDL-C and TG,and proportions of male,family history and hypertension among the three groups(P>0.05).The proportions of smoking history and diabetes mellitus in plaque group and calcification group were higher than those in control group(P>0.05).Compared with control group and plaque group,the miR-126 expression and levels of TC and LDL-C in calcification group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the level of apolipoprotein A in plaque group and calcification group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),which in calcification group was even more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-126 in peripheral blood and levels of LDL-C and apolipoprotein A are closely related to the formation of coronary artery calcification,which can be used as a predictor of coronary artery calcification formation.
