Zhou Dayong's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Neuronal Tinnitus

Neurotic tinnitus is the most common type of tinnitus in the ear department.Its pathogenesis is still unclear and its etiology is relatively complex,which cannot be cured by Western medicine at present.However,Director Zhou Dayong's application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat neurotic tinnitus has great advantages in improving patients'clinical symptoms and soothing patients'anxiety.This paper systematically elaborates Zhou Dayong's academic thought and experience in the treatment of neuronal tinnitus from the aspects of syndrome differentiation and treatment features.In the treatment of clinical syndrome,Zhou Dayong used Linggui Zhugan Decoction as the basic prescription to treat the disease,which can relieve symptoms,improve the quality of life,and provide reference and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Attached one case.
