基于数据挖掘的《藏药方剂宝库》中治疗隆病方剂规律研究

Research on the Rule of Prescriptions for the Treatment of Rumbling Disease in the Treasure of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions Based on Data Mining

目的:数据挖掘《藏药方剂宝库》中治疗隆病的方剂规律。方法:通过《藏药方剂宝库》中收集与整理用于治疗隆病的方剂,使用Excel 2021建立方剂数据库,R Version 4.1.2软件对数据进行频次分析、六味分析、三化味分析、五源分析、十七效能分析、关联规则分析。结果:136首隆病方剂中,共涉及292味藏药。治疗频次最高的前4位为肉豆蔻、丁香、毕菝、阿魏。药味中以甘味和辛味为主,化味中以甘化味和苦化味为主。源中空源和风源最多。效能主要为轻效能、重效能、糙效能、热效能。功效主治隆病、培根病、寒病、热病。关联规则中丁香+肉豆蔻的支持度和频次最高。结论:藏医应用隆病方剂以治疗隆病为主,总结出藏医治疗隆病的用药规律。

Objective:To study the pattern of prescriptions for Rumbling disease in the Treasure of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions.Methods:The prescriptions used for the treatment of rumbling disease were collected and collated from the Treasure of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions,and the prescription database was established by using Excel 202l,and the data were analyzed by R Version 4.1.2 software for frequency analysis,six-flavor analysis,three-chemical flavor analysis,five-source analysis,seventeen-efficacy analysis,and association rule analysis.Results:292 Tibetan medicines were involved in the 136 first prescriptions for rumbling disease.The top four with the highest treatment frequencies were Nutmeg,Clove,Bissar,and Ferula.The sweet and pungent flavors among the medicinal flavors.The sweet and bitter flavors among the chemical flavors.Empty source and wind source among sources.Light potency,heavy potency,brown potency and heat potency in potency.Effects in rung disease,bacon disease,cold disease,and heat disease.The association rule has the highest support and frequency for clove-nutmeg.Conclusion:Tibetan medicine applied Rumbling disease prescriptions to treat rung disease,and summarized the drug use rules of Tibetan medicine for Rumblingdisease.
