基于数据挖掘的含藏药白狼毒方剂用药规律研究

Analysis of Prescription Principles of Tibetan Medician Containing Euphorbia Fischeriana by Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘法研究含藏药白狼毒方剂用药规律,为临床规范药用、新组方思路提供参考。方法:从藏医药著作中搜集明确含有白狼毒的方剂,利用Microsoft Excel 2019及中医传承计算平台(TCMICS 3.0)软件,分析含藏药白狼毒方剂中高频药物、主治疾病及药物关联规则等。结果:从《藏医药方剂大全》等藏医药著作中搜集到含藏药白狼毒方剂119首,涉及单味药材共有190味,其与白狼毒配伍频次较高的有诃子(72/119)、大狼毒(66/119)、麝香(48/119)、巴豆(41/119)、穗序大黄(40/119)、藏菖蒲(38/119)等;主治疾病共有40种,主要有瘟疫病、黄水病、消化不良病等病种;基于Apriori算法,关联规则分析,得出频次较高的核心药物组合有诃子→白狼毒、大狼毒→白狼毒、麝香→白狼毒等。结论:藏药材白狼毒味苦、性温,与清热、消炎、干黄水、胃温消食、治疗瘟疫病类药材配伍使用频率较高。组方配伍中苦味药占比较高,具有治赤巴作用,可凉温兼顾配伍使用。药味苦、辛相辅,味的十七效药性值中凉、钝、轻、糙占比较高,凉、钝对应治疗赤巴病热、锐的特性,因此多用于三因中赤巴偏盛的瘟疫病,体现了藏医味性化理论对传统藏医药组方配伍理论的重要指导。

Objective:Based on data mining methods,to study the medication patterns of Tibetan medicine containing Euphorbia Fischeriana,in order to standardize clinical medication and provide theoretical reference for new prescription ideas.Methods:Collect clear formulas containing Euphorbia Fischeriana from Tibetan medical works,utilize Microsoft Excel 2019 and the TCMICS 3.0 software to analyze Tibetan medicine which the high-frequency drugs and main diseases in the prescription of medicinal Euphorbia Fischeriana,as well as drug association rules,etc.Results:A total of 119 prescriptions containing Tibetan medicine Euphorbia Fischeriana were collected from Tibetan medical works such as the“Complete Collection of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions”,involving a total of 190 single herbs.Among them,the most frequently used herbs for compatibility with Euphorbia Fischeriana include Terminalia Chebula(72/119),Euphorhia Nematocypha(66/119),Musk(48/119),Croton Tiglium(41/119),Rheum Spiciform(40/119),Acorus Calamus(38/119),etc.There are a total of 40 diseases,mainly including plague,yellow water disease,indigestion,and other diseases;Based on the Apriori algorithm,through analysis of association rules,it was found that the core drug combinations with higher frequency include Euphorbia Fischeriana.The main core combinations include Terminalia Chebula→Euphorbia Fischeriana,Euphorhia Nematocypha→Euphorbia Fischeriana,Musk→Euphorbia Fischeriana,etc.Conclusion:The Tibetan medicinal herb Euphorbia Fischeriana has a bitter and warm taste,and is frequently used in combination with herbs such as heat-clearing,anti-inflammatory,dry yellow water,stomach warming and digestion,and the treatment of plague.The proportion of bitter drugs in the combination of formulas is relatively high,and they have a therapeutic effect on Chiba.The properties of the medicine are both cool and warm,and can be used in combination.The bitter and pungent flavors complement each other,and the seventeen effective medicinal properties of the taste are relatively high in terms of coolness,dullness,lightness,and roughness.Coolness and dullness correspond to the characteristics of heat and sharpness in the treatment of Chiba disease.Therefore,they are often used in plague diseases where Chiba is more prevalent due to the three factors.This reflects the important guidance of Tibetan medicine's theory of flavor and nature in traditional Tibetan medicine.
