摘要
废旧混凝土再生一般会附带产生20%左右的再生微粉,再生微粉的利用不仅能够解决建筑垃圾的处理问题,还能降低碳排放和节约能源。本文对近年来再生微粉作混凝土材料的性能表现及再生微粉改性方法进行了综述,发现再生微粉活性物质少是降低再生微粉砂浆和再生微粉混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的主要因素,总结多种再生微粉改性方法,提出对再生微粉进行改性、激活是高效利用再生微粉的重点和进一步研究的方向。
The recycling of waste concrete generally produces about 20%recycled micro-powder.The utilization of recycled micro-powder can not only solve the problem of construction waste treatment,but also reduce carbon emissions and save energy.In this paper,the performance and modification methods of recycled micro-powder used as concrete materials in recent years are reviewed.It is found that less active substances of recycled micro-powder is the main factor that reduces the mechanical properties and durability of recycled micro-powder mortar and recycled micro-powder concrete.It is pointed out that the modification and activation of regenerated micro-powder is the key point and the direction of further research for the efficient utilization of regenerated micro-powder.
