摘要
为探究多种级配下纤维掺量对提升沥青混合料路用性能影响,研究了AC-13、AC-25密级配下掺入两种路用聚酯纤维和玄武岩纤维的沥青混合料的抗水损坏性、高低温性能;通过两种纤维试验结果的对比,研究在相同性能条件下纤维掺量的经济效益。结果表明:聚酯纤维和玄武岩纤维增强沥青混合料性能呈先增大后减小趋势,与不掺纤维相比,纤维对沥青混合料的抗车辙性和抗开裂性能改善最为明显,车辙动稳定度和最大弯拉应变最多可提高89.4%和50.3%。AC-13和AC-25级配中,当聚酯纤维和玄武岩纤维的掺量分别为0.2%、0.25%和0.3%、0.35%时,其沥青混合料各项性能指标与经济效益关系最好。
In order to explore the influence of fiber content on improving pavement performance of asphalt mixture,the water damage resistance,high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture mixed with two kinds of pavement polyester fiber and basalt fiber in AC-13 and AC-25 dense gradation were studied.By comparing the test results of two kinds of fiber,the economic benefit of fiber content under the same performance condition was studied.The results show that the properties of asphalt mixture reinforced by polyester fiber and basalt fiber increase first and then decrease.Compared with unblended fiber,the rutting resistance and cracking resistance of asphalt mixture reinforced by fiber are the most obvious,and the rutting stability and maximum flexural strain can be increased by 89.4%and 50.3%up to the maximum.In AC-13 and AC-25 grading,when the content of polyester fiber and basalt fiber is 0.2%,0.25%and 0.3%,0.35%,respectively,the performance index of asphalt mixture has the best relationship with economic benefit.
