摘要
通过分析张弦梁钢支撑的组成构件、受力特点来研究其在基坑工程应用上的优点;并结合某基坑工程应用案例,来分析张弦梁钢支撑与传统基坑支护方案的区别,张弦梁钢支撑的预制构件可回收重复利用的优点使其在绿色环保低碳方面有较大的优势。张弦梁钢支撑可施加预应力且对张弦梁钢支撑的轴力进行实时监测,并结合现场位移沉降等监测数据,从而实现预应力的实时调节,达到控制基坑变形的目的,这些优点使得预应力张弦梁钢支撑支护系统在深圳地区得到较好的推广。
By analyzing the component components and stress characteristics of string beam steel support,its advantages in the application of foundation pit engineering were studied;combined with the application case of a foundation pit engineering to analyze the difference between string beam steel support and the traditional foundation pit support scheme.The advantages of recyclable and reusable prefabricated components of string beam steel make it have a greater advantage in terms of green environmental protection and low-carbon.String beam steel support can apply prestressing and monitor the axis support of string beam steel,and combines monitoring data such as on-site displacement and depression to achieve prestressed real-time adjustment and achieve the purpose of controlling the deformation of the foundation pit.The prestressed string beam steel support system has been promoted in Shenzhen.
