Office Space Design Based on Healthy Building System

“双碳”目标之下,建筑业正逐步朝着低碳健康建筑的方向发展。以某金融公司办公改造项目为例,结合WELL建筑标准,从全方位环境塑造、满足使用者的生理需求、考虑使用者的心理感受3个方面分析健康建筑体系下的办公空间设计策略,打造符合新时代发展需要的绿色健康的办公空间。

Under the“dual carbon”goal,the construction industry is gradually developing towards low-carbon and healthy buildings.Taking the office renovation project of a certain financial company as an example,combined with WELL building standards,analyze the design strategy of office space under a healthy building system from three aspects:comprehensive environmental shaping,meeting the physiological needs of users,and considering the psychological feelings of users,in order to create a green and healthy office space that meets the development needs of the new era.
