摘要
面对我国城市更新背景下低龄老年从业者供需错位、就业环境不断压缩等困境,以成都市工人村社区旧改为例,分析其就业空间的特征及需求,结合旧改过程中“留、改、拆”3类空间更新方式,统筹考虑物质空间、社会人文、政策制度等多维度视角下适老化就业空间的更新需求,提出适老性就业空间营造建议,为该类空间改造提供理论与实践参考。
Faced with the dilemma of supply-demand dislocation of the younger elderly practitioners and the continuous compression of employment environment in the context of urban renewal in China,analyze the characteristics and needs of employment space of Chengdu Workers’Village Community,and combine three types of space renewal methods of“retention,modification and demolition”in the process of old building transformation.Overall consideration is given to the renewal needs of age-appropriate employment space from multiple perspectives such as material space,social culture,policy and system,and reasonable suggestions on the creation of age-appropriate employment space are put forward to provide theoretical and practical references for the transformation of such space.
