老旧小区微更新设计策略研究——以呼和浩特市金川区如意佳园为例

Micro-renewal Design Strategy of Old Residential Community:Taking Ruyijiayuan in Jinchuan District,Hohhot as an Example

随着我国城镇化水平加速,城市建设进入存量更新时代,大拆大建已成为过去式。以呼和浩特市金川区如意佳园为例,运用多维度城市体检发现小区现状问题,提出建筑物、景观绿化、公共空间等“针灸式”微更新策略,以期为改善小区环境,增加居民幸福感。

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization level,urban construction has entered a new era of stock renewal,and large-scale demolition and construction has become a thing of the past.Taking Ruyijiayuan in Jinchuan District,Hohhot City as an example,to use multi-dimensional urban physical examination to find the problems existing in the community,and propose“acupuncture-style”micro-renewal strategies such as buildings,landscape greening,and public spaces,in order to improve the community environment and increase the happiness of residents.
