Blue and Green Space of Taibai Lake New Area in Jining Under Background of Land and Space Planning

绿地和水域组成的蓝绿空间既是城市重要的名片,又是实现城市宜居梦、提高市民生活质量、提升城市形象的重要前提。济宁太白湖新区区位优越,交通便利,拥有得天独厚的河湖湿地资源,具备建设生态新区的良好基础。以建设水清城绿的生态新区为命题,系统研究太白湖新区蓝绿空间生态特色,剖析现存主要问题,提出蓝绿生态空间构建的内容、方法、途径和保障措施,为编制太白湖新区空间规划提供参考,为实施蓝绿空间建设提供行动指南。

The blue and green space composed of green space and water area is a good name card of the city.It is also an important prerequisite to realize the dream of livability of the city,improve the quality of life of citizens and enhance the image of the city.Jining Taibai Lake New Area has superior location,convenient transportation,unique advantages in river and lake wetland resources,and a good foundation for building an ecological new area.This paper takes the construction of Shuiqingcheng Green Ecological New Area as the proposition,systematically studies the ecological characteristics of the blue and green space in the Taibai Lake New Area,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward the contents,methods,ways and safeguard measures for the construction of the blue green ecological space,which provides a reference for the preparation of the spatial plan of the Taibai Lake New Area and an action guide for the implementation of the blue and green space construction.
