液位传感器电磁兼容改进设计

Improvement design of electromagnetic compatibility for liquid level sensors

摘要 针对差动变压式位移传感器在电磁兼容试验中出现的跳变及无法继续使用等问题,进行针对性的电磁改进设计。从原理上分析输出跳变产生的原因并制定相应的改进措施。改进的传感器通过实验验证,证明采取的改进措施可行、有效,为提升差动变压式位移传感器的抗电磁干扰能力提供了一种改进思路和方法。 Aiming at problems that jump variation of differential pressure displacement sensors occur in electromagnetic compatibility tests and unable to continue to use,a targeted electromagnetic improvement design is carried out.The reasons that generate output jump change are analyzed from a principle perspective,and corresponding improvement measures are formulated.After improvement,the sensor is verified through tests,and it is proved that the taken improvement measures are feasible and effective.It provides an improvement idea and method for enhancing the anti electromagnetic interference ability of differential pressure displacement sensors.
