摘要
目的:研究水光注射配合强脉冲光治疗女性迟发型痤疮的效果及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取定州市人民医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的110例女性迟发型痤疮患者进行研究。将其以系统随机化法分作配合组(n=55)及参考组(n=55)。参考组选用强脉冲光治疗,配合组则于参考组的基础上增用水光注射治疗。对比两组临床疗效,皮损症状,皮肤屏障功能,血清炎症因子水平。结果:配合组总有效率高于参考组(94.55%vs.81.82%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项皮损症状评分均低于治疗前,且配合组均低于参考组(P<0.05)。治疗后配合组表皮含水量高于参考组,而红斑数量、经皮水分流失量(TEWL)均低于参考组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项血清炎症因子水平均低于治疗前,且配合组均低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:水光注射配合强脉冲光治疗女性迟发型痤疮的效果较佳,可明显改善皮肤屏障功能与血清炎症因子水平。
Objective:To study the effect of water and light injection combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of female delayed acne and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 110 female patients with delayed onset acne in Dingzhou People's Hospital were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into matching group(n=55) and reference group(n=55) by systematic randomization method.The reference group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the matching group was treated with water and light injection based on the reference group.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion symptoms,skin barrier function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the matching group was higher than that of the reference group(94.55% vs.81.82%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lesions in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the matching group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the epidermal water content of the matching group was higher than that of the reference group,but the number of erythema and transdermal water loss(TEWL) were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the matching group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Water and light injection combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of female delayed acne,and can significantly improve the skin barrier function and serum inflammatory factor levels.
