摘要
护理队伍是我国卫生健康系统的重要组成部分。然而,我国护理行业存在护理人才数量相对不足、分布不均等问题。如何降低护士离职率、吸引护理人才成为当今护理管理者研究的重点课题。自我调节疲劳可导致护士管理行为水平降低、离职率升高,继而影响护理质量,不利于患者安全及护理队伍的建设。目前我国自我调节疲劳的相关研究多集中于慢性病患者,针对护士群体的研究相对较少。本文对护士自我调节疲劳的概念、理论框架、评估工具、现状、影响因素及后果、应对策略进行综述,以期为护理管理者制定降低护士自我调节疲劳的干预方案提供参考,最终降低护士离职率,促进护理事业的发展。
The nursing team is an important part of health system in China.However,the number of nursing talents in China's nursing industry is relatively insufficient and unevenly distributed.How to reduce the turnover rate of nurses and attract nursing talents has become a key topic for nursing managers.The self-regulation fatigue can lead to the decrease of nurses'management behavior and the increase of turnover rate,and then affect the quality of nursing,which is not conducive to patient safety and nursing team building.At present,the research on self-regulation fatigue in China is mostly focused on patients with chronic diseases,and there are relatively few studies on nurses.The paper reviews the concept,theoretical framework,evaluation tools,current situation,influencing factors and consequences,and coping strategies of nurses'self-regulation fatigue,in order to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate intervention programs to reduce nurses'self-regulation fatigue,and ultimately reduce the turnover rate of nurses and promote the development of nursing.
