传统解剖性肝切除由于技术条件的限制,导致针对肝细胞癌实施荷瘤门静脉流域切除的效果欠佳。腹腔镜门静脉流域解剖性肝切除借助现代三维重建流域分析技术和吲哚菁绿荧光导航系统,可更高质量地完整切除荷瘤门静脉流域以获取肝细胞癌的外科肿瘤学和围手术期疗效。因此,《中华消化外科杂志》编辑委员会和中国研究型医院学会肝胆胰外科专业委员会组织相关领域专家展开深入讨论,经反复论证,制订《腹腔镜门静脉流域解剖性肝切除理论及技术标准中国专家共识(2023版)》,旨在完善和规范腹腔镜门静脉流域解剖性肝切除理论和技术体系,为更深入地探索该领域存在的科学问题和进行安全、规范的推广奠定基础。
