Combined endoscopic and surgical dual-scope strategy for minimally invasive gastric cancer surgery

随着内镜和腹腔镜在胃癌治疗中的广泛应用,内镜在腹腔镜手术质量控制中的支撑作用日渐凸显,同时腹腔镜在胃癌内镜治疗中的保障及协同作用逐渐受到重视。双镜联合治疗模式是精准化、个体化治疗发展的必然趋势。目前内镜及腹腔镜联合呈现多样化、多模式特点,双镜联合需要跨越内、外科学科壁垒,以病种治疗为核心的多学科合作平台——消化病中心可使诊断与治疗流程高效、安全、合理,使双镜真正达到各司所长、分工协作,实现对胃癌治疗更精准、微创、最大功能保留的治疗效果。笔者深入阐述内镜及腹腔镜联合策略,以期为胃癌患者建立更合理的双镜联合诊断与治疗模式。

With the widespread adoption of endoscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of gastric cancer,the pivotal role of endoscopy in ensuring the quality of laparoscopic surgery has grown increasingly significant.Simultaneously,the complementary and collaborative role of laparos-copy in the endoscopic treatment of gastric cancer has garnered attention.The dual-endoscopic treatment model represents an inevitable trend in the evolution of precise and personalized health-care.Currently,the fusion of endoscopy and laparoscopy manifests in diverse and multifaceted ways.The integration of dual-endoscopy necessitates transcending the boundaries between internal and surgical disciplines.The collaborative multidisciplinary platform-the Digestive Disease Center,cen-tered on disease treatment,can streamline the diagnostic and treatment process,making it efficient,safe,and rational.This,in turn,allows dual-endoscopy to truly realize synergy and cooperation,lead-ing to more precise,minimally invasive procedures,and maximal functional preservation in the treat-ment of gastric cancer.The authors elucidate the combined strategy of endoscopy and laparoscopy,aiming to establish a more rational dual-endoscopic diagnostic and treatment model for patients with gastric cancer.
