岛礁互联超高压输电技术体系和创新

Ultra-high voltage power transmission technology system for island-reef power grid interconnection and its innovation

摘要 大容量远距离海上能源输送和安全可靠并网,是制约海洋能源大规模发展和海岛经济高质量发展的关键.针对该问题本文提出了以超高压海缆、超高输电塔和海涂变电站为主体、具有完全自主知识产权的超高压海洋输电技术体系.该技术体系在舟山500 kV输变电工程中得到了很好的应用,分别从500 kV交联聚乙烯海缆、大跨越输电塔和滨海滩涂软土变电站三个角度分析其技术创新和工程应用.最后面向我国南海岛礁特殊的地理和环境条件,分析了该技术体系在岛礁电网互联、海上风电集中输出等方面的适用性和应用前景.本文成果将有力支撑我国当前的海洋强国建设. Large-capacity,long-distance offshore energy transmission and reliable grid connections are the keys to restricting the large-scale development of marine energy and the high-quality development of island economy.In response to this issue,this paper develops an ultra-high voltage marine power transmission technology system with completely independent intellectual property rights,with ultra-high voltage submarine cable,ultra-high voltage transmission tower and marine tidal flat substation as the main parts.The developed technology system was successfully applied to the Zhoushan 500 kV interconnected power transmission and transformation project.Technologic innovation and engineering applications are introduced from the views of 500 kV Cross Linked Polyethylene(XLPE)submarine cable,long-span transmission tower and costal beach soft soil substation.Finally,focusing on the special geographical and environmental conditions of islands and reefs in the South China Sea,the applicability and application prospects of this technology system in island-reef power grid interconnection and offshore wind power centralized output are analyzed.The technological achievements of this paper will greatly contribute to the construction of Chinese current maritime power.
