过渡期护理模式对老年患者全髋关节置换术后康复的应用效果分析

Effectiveness of Transitional Care Model in The Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients after Total Hip Arthroplasty

【目的】探讨过渡期护理模式对老年患者全髋关节置换术后康复的影响。【方法】选取2020年11月至2022年8月本院创伤关节科收治的136例人工全髋关节置换术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组68例。对照组采用常规治疗与护理,观察组则在此基础上采用过渡期护理模式,比较两组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分、生活自理能力评估量表(Barthel指数量表)评分。【结果】两组术前Harris髋关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者出院后各个时间点的Harris髋关节功能评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者出院后各个时间点的Barthel指数评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】过渡期护理模式应用于老年患者人工全髋关节置换术后,可促进患者髋关节功能恢复,改善患者生活自理能力。

【Objective】To explore the effect of transitional care model on the rehabilitation of elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty.【Methods】From November 2020 to August 2022,136 patients with artificial total hip arthroplasty admitted to the Department of Traumatology and Arthroplasty of our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into experimental and control groups using the random number table method,with 68 patients in each group.In the control group,conventional treatment and care were used,while in the experimental group(the observation group),a transitional care model was applied.The Harris Hip Function Score and Barthel Index were compared between the two groups.【Results】There was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative Harris hip function scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The Harris hip function scores of the two groups of patients at each time point after discharge were higher than those before surgery,and the scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index scores of the two groups of patients at each time point after discharge were higher than those before surgery,and the scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The transitional care model can significantly improve the functional rehabilitation and self-care ability of the hip joint in the elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty.
