基于CiteSpace分析中医药在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后应用的研究热点及可视化分析

Research hotspots and visualization analysis of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease based on CiteSpace analysis

目的分析近20年中医药在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后应用的研究热点和趋势,以期为深化该领域的传承与发展提供参考及建议。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库2003年6月至2023年6月关于中医药在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后应用的相关文献,并利用CiteSpace软件对年度发文量、作者、发文机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入953篇文献。作者合作图谱中形成6个主要的作者合作群。机构合作图谱中首都医科大学北京中医医院发文量最多。关键词图谱共纳入485个关键词,热点关键词为再狭窄、焦虑、气虚血瘀证等,围绕关键词的意义分为12个聚类。关键词中最常见的并发症为再狭窄所致的心绞痛、心肌梗塞和心肌损伤。中医证候关键词中气虚血瘀证出现频次最多。结论本研究领域有典型地区特点,应鼓励跨机构和地区间的合作。研究热点主要集中在多种形式的中医药特色治疗在经皮冠状动脉介入术后并发症预防,心脏康复中的运用中。然而,当前该领域的研究仍存在着不同学术思想的差异和缺乏跨机构和地区间的合作等问题。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the application of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in coronary heart disease(CHD)in the past 20 years,to provide reference and suggestions for deepening the inheritance and development of this field.Methods Relevant literature on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in PCI for CHD from June 2003 to June 2023 from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database were retrieved,and the annual publication,authors,publication institutions,and keywords were visualized using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 953 articles were included.There were six main author collaboration groups formed in the author collaboration map.Institutional collaboration map showed the Beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine published most papers.The keyword map included a total of 485 keywords,with hot keywords including restenosis,anxiety,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,etc.It was divided into 12 clusters based on the meaning of the keywords.The most common complications among the keywords were angina,myocardial infarction,and myocardial injury.Among the keywords of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome appeared most frequently.Conclusion This research field has typical regional characteristics,and cooperation across institutions and regions should be encouraged.The research hotspot mainly focuses on the application of various forms of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the prevention of complications after PCI and cardiac rehabilitation.However,there are still differences in academic thinking and a lack of cross institutional and regional cooperation in current research in this field.
