摘要
为研究低温炖煮燕窝对小鼠免疫功能的影响,试验采用正常小鼠动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、低温炖煮燕窝低剂量组、低温炖煮燕窝中剂量组、低温炖煮燕窝高剂量组,从细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性4个方向对小鼠免疫功能进行综合性评价。灌胃给予样品30 d后,测定小鼠脾脏和胸腺免疫器官指数、迟发型变态反应、淋巴细胞增殖能力、抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素半数溶血值、碳廓清能力、巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数和自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,各剂量组低温炖煮燕窝可以显著增加小鼠抗体生成细胞数(P<0.01),提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数(P<0.01)。高剂量组低温炖煮燕窝还可显著增强小鼠碳廓清能力(P<0.05),提升NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。低温炖煮燕窝可作为一种增强免疫功能的功能性食品。
In order to study the effect of low temperature stewed edible bird's nest on immune function of mice,normal mouse animal model was used in the experiment.The mice were randomly divided into blank control group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.After oral administration of the samples for 30 d,the immune organ indexes of the spleen and thymus,delayed-type allergic reaction,lymphocyte proliferation ability,antibody-producing cell number,half hemolysis value of serum hemolysin,carbon clearance ability,macrophage phagocytosis rat,phagocytosis index and natural killer cells(NK cells)activity were measured.The immune function of mice was evaluated comprehensively from four aspects,namely cellular immunity,humoral immunity,mononuclear macrophage function and NK cell activity.The experimental results showed that compared with the blank control group,the number of antibody producing cells in each dose group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of chicken red blood cells uptake by peritoneal macrophages were increased(P<0.01).The high dose group also significantly increased the carbon clearance ability of mice(P<0.05)and the NK cell activity(P<0.05).Low temperature stewed edible bird's nest can be used as a functional food to enhance immune function.
