摘要
香菇是一种珍贵的食用菌和药用菌,其中香菇多糖是香菇的主要活性成分之一,具有免疫调节、清除自由基、抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用。通过对香菇多糖的提取方法和生物活性进行综述,以期为其开发和应用提供参考。
Lentinus edodes is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungus.Lentinan is one of the main active components.Lentinan has the functions of immunomodulation,scavenging free radicals,anti-bacteria,anti-virus and anti-tumor.The extraction methods and pharmacological action of lentinan are reviewed in order to provide references for the research and application of lentinan.
