“食品生物化学”中课程思政的探索——以“糖的无氧氧化”教学设计为例

摘要 “食品生物化学”是食品相关专业学生的专业基础课。为了在专业课教育过程中引导学生正确的价值观,研究以课程中“糖的无氧氧化”的教学为例,结合古典文学,在学生眼前展现出一个微观抽象、由优美的诗句构成的代谢过程,更富有画面感,在引导学生“耕耘不求一分”等思政元素理解的同时,加深学生对知识点的理解,为有机协同的课程思维体系提供参考。 Curriculum ideological and political education integrates ideological and political elements based on the original professional attributes,achieving the goal of guiding students to correct values in the process of professional education.Taking the teaching of glycolysis in the course of food biochemistry as an example,combined with classical literature,present the micro abstract metabolic process in beautiful poetry to students,giving them a more picturesque sense,deepening their understanding of knowledge points,and guiding them to recognize ideological and political elements such as“no effort,no gain”,which may provide some support information for establishing a comprehensive,organic and coordinated curriculum ideological and political system.
