摘要
“食品微生物学实验”作为食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业的学科基础课程,旨在帮助毕业论文实验的顺利实施和食品安全微生物检测储备必要技能。课程承载哲学思想、科学精神、文化自信、安全教育、珍爱和平、严谨细致、质疑求真、探索创新、团结协作的思政元素。基于结果导向教育(OBE)理念,通过将思政元素融入课程教学,改革考核方式,着力培养具有扎实微生物实验基础、懂原理、精实操,且能利用微生物学知识造福人类的现代化技术人才,以期为其他实验类课程教学、考核有机统一提供参考。
“Food Microbiology Experiment”is a professional basic course for Food Science and Engineering and Food Quality and Safety,which aims at preparing the necessary skills for the graduation thesis experiments and food microbiological analysis.The course underlies a series of Ideological and Political elements,such as philosophical thought,scientific spirit,cultural confidence,safety education,peace-loving,rigorousness and meticulousness,questioning and truth-seeking mind,exploration and innovation,unity and cooperation.Under the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),through integrating ideological and political elements into curriculum teaching,reforming assessment methods,the goal is to cultivate modern technical talents with a solid foundation in microbiology experiments,principles,and practical operations,and who can use microbiology knowledge to benefit mankind,to provide a foundation for the combination of teaching and assessment in practical courses.
