摘要
虚拟仿真实验教学由于其沉浸性、交互性等特点,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生在教学过程中的主观能动性。主要利用SWOT方法分析虚拟仿真实验教学模式在“食品微生物学”实验教学中应用的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。建议食品微生学虚拟仿真实验教学应该发挥虚拟仿真技术的优势与传统课堂实验技能训练相结合,一方面虚拟环境丰富的内容和场景可以增强实验知识的画面感,有助于记忆,另一方面,线下实验室的反复实验操作可使技能掌握更扎实。因此,“食品微生物学”课程中应用虚拟仿真实验模式为现代信息技术在高等教育中的应用及培养食品领域复合应用型人才提供新思路。
Virtual simulation experiment teaching characterized as the immersion and interactivity can motivate the learning interest of students and improve their initiatives in the teaching process.The SWOT method is used to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the application of virtual simulation experiment teaching in“Food Microbiology”experiment teaching.It is suggested that virtual simulation experiment teaching in“Food Microbiology”should be used in association with traditional experiment skill training in laboratory.On the one hand,abundant details and scenes can enhance the imagery of experimental knowledge,facilitating the memory ability of students.On the other hand,the reduplicative experimental training in laboratory can promote master more sophisticated experiment skill of students.Therefore,the application of virtual simulation experiment teaching in“Food Microbiology”provides the innovative idea for the application of modern information technology in higher education and the cultivation of versatile and practical talents in food filed.
