不同产地干花椒的重金属指标监测

Monitoring of Heavy Metal Indexes of Dried Peppercorns from Different Origins

摘要 对不同产地(西昌、江津、武都、茂县)种植的青花椒、红花椒利用CAF18-YG201原子荧光光度计进行测定,比较其中重金属含量的差异。西昌红花椒、江津青花椒、武都红花椒、茂县红花椒的砷、铅、镉、汞含量均在标准规定的范围之内。由于汞的含量低于方法检出限,在此试验中未检出。铅含量的范围为0.002~0.486 mg/kg;总砷含量的范围为0.001~0.173 mg/kg;镉含量的范围为0.001~0.027 mg/kg。 The green pepper and red pepper planted in different production areas(Xichang, Jiangjin, Wudu, and Maoxian)were measured by CAF18-YG201 atomic fluorescence photometer, and the differences in heavy metal content were compared.The arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury contents of Xichang red peppercorn, Jiangjin green peppercorn, Wudu red pepper and Maoxian red pepper were within the range specified in standard. Because mercury levels were below the method detection limits, they were not detected in this experiment. The lead content ranges from 0.002 mg/kg to 0.486 mg/kg;The total arsenic content ranged from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.173 mg/kg;The range of cadmium content ranged from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.027 mg/kg.
