形状记忆智能材料聚芳醚酮的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 形状记忆聚合物因其独特的刺激响应和可变形性而备受关注,但常用的形状记忆材料不耐高温,限制了其在航空航天等高精尖领域的应用。而聚芳醚酮作为一种特种工程塑料,在耐高低温、自润滑、机械性能、耐溶剂性等方面具有优异的性能,研究具有优异形状记忆性能的聚芳醚酮具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来形状记忆聚芳醚酮的研究进展,重点介绍了形状记忆聚芳醚酮的复合改性、化学改性及其与4D打印技术的结合,为形状记忆智能材料进一步的开发应用提供了参考。 Shape memory polymers have garnered considerable interest due to their distinctive stimulusresponse and deformability,yet the physical and chemical properties of the commonly used shape-memory materials themselves have restricted the range of applications and hindered the realization of highly sophisticated applications in aerospace and other fields.As a specialized engineering plastic,poly(aryl ether ketone)(PAEK)possesses remarkable properties in terms of high and low temperature resistance,self-lubrication,mechanical strength,solvent resistance,and more.Consequently,it is essential to further explore PAEK with impressive shape memory capabilities.In this paper,we review the research progress of shape memory PAEK in recent years,with a focus on the influence of composite modification,chemical modification,and the combination with 4D printing technology on the shape memory performance of the PAEK.This paper,therefore,provides a reference for further development and application of shape memory smart materials.
