目的评价CTA成像技术在冠心病临床诊断中的价值。方法纳入我院2018年12月至2019年11月接诊的178例疑似冠心病患者为观察对象,所有患者均采用冠状动脉CTA成像技术和冠状动脉造影技术进行检查诊断。以冠脉造影检查结果为金标准,对比CTA诊断方式的临床价值。结果采用冠状动脉造影技术共确诊冠心病患者154例,共检出狭窄阶段1455段,CTA技术对狭窄节段数的检出1416段,符合率为97.32%;冠状动脉造影技术检出轻度狭窄650段、中度狭窄416段、重度狭窄389段,Ⅳ级狭窄0段,与之相比,CTA在轻度狭窄、中度狭窄、重度狭窄的检出符合率分别为96.76%、97.35%、98.20%。结论采用冠状动脉CTA成像技术对疑似冠心病患者诊断准确率较高,而且操作简单、无创,临床诊断价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the value of CTA imaging technology in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 178 patients with suspected coronary artery disease received in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were included as observation objects,and all patients were examined and diagnosed using coronary CTA imaging technology and coronary angiography technology.The results of coronary angiography were used as the gold standard to compare the clinical value of CTA diagnostic modalities.Results A total of 154 patients with coronary artery disease were diagnosed using coronary angiography,and a total of 1,455 stenosis stages were detected,and 1,416 stenosis segments were detected by CTA technology for the number of stenosis segments,with a compliance rate of 97.32%;coronary angiography technology detected 650 stenosis segments of mild stenosis,416 stenosis segments of moderate stenosis,389 stenosis segments of severe stenosis and 0 stenosis segments of class IV stenosis,compared with which,the detection of CTA in mild stenosis,moderate Compared with this,the detection compliance rate of CTA in mild stenosis,moderate stenosis,and severe stenosis was 96.76%,97.35%,and 98.20%,respectively.Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of patients with suspected coronary artery disease using coronary CTA imaging technology is high,and the operation is simple and non-invasive,with high clinical diagnostic value.
