Cox健康行为互动模式在腹膜透析患者中的应用

Application of Cox Health Behavior Interaction Model in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的探讨Cox健康行为互动模式在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取福州某家三级甲等医院在2021年8月至2023年2月期间收治的100例腹膜透析患者,依据数字表法随机分组模式将其分为观察组和对照组,均为50例,对照组以常规护理措施干预,观察组实施Cox健康行为互动模式,对两组健康行为依从性、容量管理行为评分、负面情绪评分、并发症发生情况及满意度等进行比较。结果干预后,两组饮食管理、运动管理、维持透析训练及情绪管理等各项健康行为依从性均有升高,但对照组干预前后差异不明显,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组干预后的腹膜透析相关容量管理、限盐及容量超负荷症状监测等容量管理行为评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组干预后的SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预用于腹膜透析患者中可获得理想预后,不仅提高患者的健康行为依从性,提高容量管理行为,缓解负面情绪,还能够进一步减少并发症的出现,缓和护患关系,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of Cox health behavior interaction model in Peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of Peritoneal dialysis patients admitted in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,based on the numerical table method random grouping model will be divided into the observation group and the control group,both are 50 cases,the control group with conventional nursing measures intervention,the observation group to implement the Cox health behavior interaction model,Health behavior adherence,capacity management behavior scores,negative emotion scores,complication occurrence and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the adherence to all health behaviors such as dietary management,exercise management,maintenance dialysis training and emotional management increased in both groups,but the difference between the control group before and after the intervention was not significant,and the observation group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05);the scores of peritoneal dialysis-related volume management,salt restriction and volume overload symptom monitoring and other volume management behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention(all P<0.05);the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(both P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusions Nursing intervention based on Cox health behavior interaction model can obtain ideal prognosis in Peritoneal dialysis patients,which not only improves patients'health behavior compliance,improves capacity management behavior scores,alleviates negative emotions,but also further reduces the occurrence of complications,eases the nurse patient relationship,and improves satisfaction.
