微课教育联合生活指导在幼儿生长发育及营养喂养中的应用

Application of Micro-Class Education Combined with Life Guidance in Children's Growth and Development and Nutrition Feeding Care

目的分析微课教育联合生活指导在幼儿生长发育及营养喂养中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月到2022年3月期间厦门市集美区海怡实验幼儿园卫生站收治的140例幼儿为研究对象,随机分入观察组(70例)和对照组(70例),对对照组幼儿及其家长采用常规护理,对观察组幼儿及其家长采用微课教育联合生活指导,比较两组干预前后幼儿生长发育(体重增长、身长增长)、营养生化(血清前白蛋白、肌酐、血清钙)指标水平以及营养喂养耐受情况。结果护理后观察组幼儿体重、身长增长等生长发育指标水平和血清前白蛋白、肌酐、血清钙营养生化指标水平情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组营养喂养不耐受占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课教育联合生活指导在幼儿生长发育及营养喂养中效果良好,可提高幼儿喂养耐受性,改善机体营养指标,促进幼儿生长发育。

Objective To analyze the effect of micro-class education combined with life guidance on the growth and development of children and nutrition feeding.Methods 140 children admitted to Xiamen Jimei District Haiyi experimental kindergarten health station from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group(70 cases)and control group(70 cases).The control group and their parents were given routine care,and the observation group and their parents were given micro-class education combined with life guidance.Growth(weight gain,length gain),nutritional biochemistry(serum prealbumin,creatinine,serum calcium)index levels and nutritional feeding tolerance of toddlers were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The levels of growth and development indicators such as weight growth and length growth of young children in the observation group and the levels of nutritional and biochemical indicators such as serum prealbumin,creatinine,and serum calcium were better than those of the control group after the nursing care(all P<0.05),and the percentage of nutritional feeding intolerance in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of microclass education and life guidance has a good effect on the growth and development of children and nutrition feeding,which can improve the feeding tolerance of children,improve the body nutrition index,and promote the growth and development of children.
