糖尿病患者饮食指导中视频宣教的实施效果

The Effect of Implementation of Video Preaching in Dietary Guidance for Patients with Diabetes

目的观察糖尿病患者饮食指导中视频宣教的实施效果。方法研究对象选自莆田涵江医院内分泌科于2021年1月至2023年1月收治的82例糖尿病患者。依照随机信封分组法分为两组,每组41例。对照组:传统健康教育干预,试验组:视频宣教的饮食指导干预。分析两组干预前后对健康知识的掌握情况、血糖水平、饮食依从率、干预满意率的差异性。结果干预后,两组健康知识掌握情况均高于干预前,且试验组的健康知识掌握情况均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,两组血糖水平均低于干预前,且试验组各项血糖水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组饮食依从率和干预满意率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将视频宣教的饮食指导运用到糖尿病患者中,可提升患者健康知识掌握情况,更好地管控血糖水平,增强饮食依从率,提高干预满意率。

Objective To observe the effect of implementation of video preaching in dietary guidance for diabetic patients.Methods The study population was selected from 82 diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Putian Hanjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups of 41 patients according to the randomization envelope.Control group:traditional health education intervention,test group:diet guided intervention by video preaching.The differences in mastery of health knowledge,blood glucose level,rate of dietary compliance,and rate of satisfaction with the intervention between the two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results After the intervention,the health knowledge of both groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the health knowledge of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05);after the intervention,the blood glucose levels of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and all blood glucose levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);dietary adherence and intervention satisfaction rates were higher in the test group than in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Applying dietary guidance from video tutorials to diabetic patients can enhance patients'health knowledge,better control of blood glucose levels,enhance dietary adherence,and increase the satisfaction rate of the intervention.
