自制弯金属吸引管用于气管切开手术引导插管的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Self-Made Bent Metal Suction Tube for Tracheotomy Surgery to Guide Intubation

目的探讨在气管切开手术插管困难时,以自制的弯金属吸引管为引导进行插管的效果。方法对特定患者,先将气管套管套入弯制好的金属吸引管且靠近后端,然后在鼻内镜辅助观察或直视下,将吸引管前端插入气管内,随即将气管套管沿着吸引管身往前推,插入气管。结果能确保气管套管插入气管内,减少了盲目插管失败引起窒息的风险。结论在鼻内镜辅助观察或直视下,使用自制弯金属吸引管用于气管切开手术插管困难患者的引导插管,可提高插管成功率。但手工弯制质量不稳定,期望未来医疗器械厂批量生产此器械。

Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of intubation guided by self-made curved metal suction tube when tracheotomy surgery is difficult.Methods For specific patients,first put the trachea cannula into the bent metal suction tube near the back end,and then under nasal endoscopy-assisted observation or direct vision,the front end of the suction tube is inserted into the trachea,and then the trachea cannula is pushed forward along the suction tube and inserted into the trachea.Results It can ensure that the tracheal canula is inserted into the trachea,reducing the risk of suffocation caused by blind intubation failure.Conclusions Under nasal endoscopic assisted observation or direct vision,the use of self-made curved metal suction tube for guided intubation of patients with tracheotomy and intubation difficulties can improve the success rate of intubation.However,the quality of manual bending is unstable,and medical device manufacturers are called for mass production of this device.
