综合专案护理结合新型睡眠干预对宫颈癌手术患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Project Nursing Combined with New Sleep Intervention on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Patients with Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的探讨分析综合专案护理结合新型睡眠干预在宫颈癌手术患者中的运用效果。方法以厦门市妇幼保健院于2021年1月至2023年1月期间接收的进行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者,根据纳入及排除标准共纳入98例,使用随机数字表法将所纳入患者分为两组,对照组(49例)给予常规护理,观察组(49例)在对照组基础上综合专案护理结合新型睡眠干预,持续观察至术后1个月。对比两组心理状态、术后疼痛、睡眠质量及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在VAS方面,观察组在出院时VAS评分与干预后PSQI评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);经干预后,观察组生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域各项得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通过对宫颈癌手术治疗的患者实施综合专案护理结合新型睡眠干预模式,可有效缓解患者的负向情绪,减少术后疼痛,改善睡眠质量,最终提高生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyse the effect of comprehensive project nursing combined with new sleep intervention in patients with cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive special nursing care combined with a new type of sleep intervention on the basis of the control group,and continued observation until 1 month after operation.The psychological state,postoperative pain,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The post-intervention scores on the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety and the Self-Depression Scale were lower in the observation group than in the control group(both P<0.05);In terms of VAS,the observation group had lower VAS scores at discharge and post-intervention PSQI scores than the control group(both P<0.05);After the intervention,all scores in the physical domain,psychological domain,social domain,and environmental domain of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Through the implementation of comprehensive project nursing combine new sleep intervention mode for patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery,it can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions,reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and ultimately improve quality of life.
