环境因素对手足口病发病影响统计学研究方法的前沿进展

Frontier advances in statistical research methods on how environmental factors affect the onset of hand,foot and mouth disease

目的对环境因素如何影响手足口病发病的统计学研究方法的最新进展进行综述,为进一步开展环境因素对手足口病发病影响的综合性研究提供科学参考。方法收集PubMed、中国知网等数据库发表的手足口病发病相关文献资料,主要对环境因素影响的统计学研究方法进行阐述和分析。结果我国是手足口病高发地区,环境因素影响手足口病的发生。主要应用的统计学研究方法包含单因素相关分析、回归分析和数学模型等。结论区域的环境因素对手足口病发病存在一定影响,相关统计学研究方法各自的应用条件不一,各具优势和局限性,为进一步开展环境因素对手足口病发病影响的综合性研究提供参考依据。

Objective To review the latest progress in statistical research methods on how environmental factors affect the onset of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),and to provide a scientific reference for further comprehensive research on the impact of environmental factors on the onset of HFMD.Methods We collected literature related to the incidence of HFMD published in PubMed,CNKI and other databases,and mainly elaborated and analyzed the statistical research methods on the impact of environmental factors.Results China is a high-incidence area of HFMD.Environmental factors affect the occurrence of HFMD.The main applied statistical research methods include correlation,regression and mathematical models.Conclusions Regional environmental factors have some influence on the incidence of HFMD,and there are various statistical research methods,each with different application conditions and respective advantages and limitations,which can provide a reference basis for further comprehensive research on the influence of environmental factors on the onset of HFMD.
