DR和MSCT对诊断脊柱爆裂性骨折的价值研究

The value of DR And MSCT in the diagnosis of spinal burst fractures

目的分析DR和MSCT在脊柱爆裂性骨折影像诊断中的临床应用及诊断价值。方法选取山东健康集团淄博医院2020年2月-2022年12月确诊收治的脊柱爆裂性骨折患者86例,入院后先进行DR检查,结果作为对照组,再进行MSCT检查,结果作为研究组,以最终手术结果作为金标准,对比两组临床诊断价值。结果研究组关于脊柱爆裂性骨折的误诊率低于对照组,且诊断敏感度和准确度高于对照组,以及骨折片突入椎管、椎管容积改变、骨折片移位和椎管狭窄检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱爆裂性骨折的临床诊断中,MSCT作为有效影像学检查应用方式,能够进一步明确病症病变程度和病变趋势,进而为骨科病症的临床预防和早期干预提供诊断依据,证实其使用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical application and diagnostic value of DR And MSCT in the imaging diagnosis of spinal burst fractures.Methods A total of 86 patients with spinal burst fracture diagnosed and admitted to Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected.DR Examination was performed first after admission,and the results were used as the control group,followed by MSCT examination.The results were used as the study group,and the final surgical results were used as the gold standard to compare the clinical diagnostic value of the two groups.Results The misdiagnosis rate of spinal burst fracture in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy were higher than that in the control group,and the detection rates of fracture fragments protrusion into the spinal canal,vertebral canal volume change,fracture fragment displacement and spinal canal stenosis were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of spinal burst fractures,MSCT,as an effective imaging examination,can further clarify the degree and trend of disease lesions,and then provide diagnostic basis for clinical prevention and early intervention of orthopaedic diseases,and significantly confirm its value.
