Research on the application value of medical record copying and mailing based on WeChat official account

目的研究微信公众号办理病案复印邮寄的应用价值。方法以某医院2020年12月1日起实施微信公众号办理病案复印邮寄为界线,2018年12月1日-2020年11月30日期间实行原有病案复印方式,设为对照组,2020年12月1日-2022年11月30日期间实施微信公众号办理病案复印邮寄,设为观察组;时间分界前后病案复印工作人员无调整,对比实施前后办理病案复印邮寄人数比例及患者满意度。结果观察组办理病案复印邮寄人数占比显著高于对照组;患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采用微信公众号在线办理病案复印邮寄可以提高病案复印工作效率,减少现场等候人数,减少患者的交通及时间成本,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of WeChat official account for medical record copying and mailing.Methods The boundary line is that a hospital will implement WeChat official account to handle the copying and mailing of medical records from December 1,2020.The original method of copying medical records will be implemented from December 1,2018 to November 30,2020,and the control group will be set up.The medical record copying staff who handled the medical record copying on WeChat official account during the period from December 1,2020 to November 30,2022 were mailed as the observation group.There was no adjustment before and after the time boundary.The proportion of the number of medical record copying staff who handled the medical record copying mail before and after the implementation and the patient satisfaction were compared.Results The proportion of people handling medical record copying and mailing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;patient satisfaction significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat official account for online medical record copying and mailing can improve the efficiency of medical record copying,reduce the number of people waiting on site,reduce the traffic and time costs of patients,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
