摘要
目的研究实施基于循证实践护理的分娩照护干预对提升产妇分娩结局及分娩体验的应用效果。方法选取天津市和平区妇产科医院收治的124例阴道试产产妇作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和参考组,两组产妇各62例,对参考组产妇实施常规产程护理措施,研究组产妇则实施分娩照护循证护理措施,对比两组产妇的分娩结局及分娩体验。结果在产程时间指标方面,研究组第一产程[(421.0±78.2)min]、第二产程[(33.0±9.9)min]、第三产程时间[(5.0±1.8)min]显著短于参考组[(431.5±80.3)min、(40.0±10.8)min、(7.0±2.2)min],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在产后出血量指标方面,研究组[(200.5±15.0)ml]显著低于参考组[(240.5±25.0)ml],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在产后CEQ评分方面,研究组[(78.1±7.4)分]显著高于参考组[(70.4±6.9)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施分娩照护循证护理干预手段,能够缩短产妇产程时间,降低产后出血量,提升分娩体验,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the application effect of implementing evidence-based nursing interventions for delivery care on improving the delivery outcome and delivery experience of postpartum women.Method 124 vaginal trial delivery women admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a reference group,with 62 women in each group.For the reference group,routine labor process nursing measures were implemented,while for the study group,evidence-based delivery care measures were implemented.The delivery outcomes and delivery experiences of the two groups of women were compared.Result In terms of comparison of labor process time indicators,the first stage of labor[(421.0±78.2)minutes],second stage of labor[(33.0±9.9)minutes],and third stage of labor[(5.0±1.8)minutes]in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group[(431.5±80.3)minutes,(40.0±10.8)minutes,(7.0±2.2)minutes],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);in terms of comparison of postpartum bleeding volume indicators,the study group[(200.5±15.0)ml]was significantly lower than the reference group[(240.5±25.0)ml],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of postpartum CEQ score comparison,the study group[(78.1±7.4)score]was significantly higher than the reference group[(70.4±6.9)score],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing evidence-based nursing interventions for delivery care can shorten the delivery process,reduce bleeding,improve delivery experience,and have clinical promotion value.
