以患儿家庭为中心的个性化护理对肾病综合征患儿预后的影响

Analysis of the prognostic impact of Personalized nursing centered around the family of the patient on children with nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨以患儿家庭为中心的个性化护理(Personalized nursing centered around the family of the patient,PNCF)对肾病综合征患儿肾功能、饮食遵从性、并发症的影响。方法选取2022年3月-2023年3月于遵义医科大学第三附属医院治疗的93例肾病综合征患儿进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=46),均给予常规护理,观察组加用PNCF干预,比较两组患儿家长疾病认知水平、患儿饮食遵从性、血尿素氮(BUN)水平、胱抑素C(CysC)水平、血肌酐(Scr)水平及并发症情况。结果观察组患儿家长疾病认知评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿盐分、脂肪、蔬菜水果及刺激性食物遵从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组BUN、CysC及Scr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PNCF可提高肾病综合征患儿家长疾病认知水平和患儿饮食遵从性,减轻患儿肾脏损伤,有助于促进预后改善。

Objective To investigate the prognostic impact of Personalized nursing centered around the family of the patient(PNCF)on children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 93 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected for study,divide into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=46)using random number table method,and all were given routine nursing care,whlie the observation group combined with PNCF,the disease cognition level of parent,dietary compliance,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)level,cystatin C(CysC)level,serum creatinine(Scr)level,and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The disease cognition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dietary compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference in compliance with salt,fat,vegetables,fruits,and stimulating foods(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of BUN,CysC,and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PNCF can improve parents'disease cognition and dietary compliance in children with nephrotic syndrome,reduce kidney damage,and help promote improved prognosis.
