正清风痛宁注射液联合Vit B_(12)注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

Clinical study of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with Vit B_(12)injection in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的探讨正清风痛宁注射液联合Vit B_(12)注射液在带状疱疹中的疗效,为该病的治疗提供高效治疗方案。方法此次研究共选取40例带状疱疹患者,按照随机对照原则,将参与研究的患者分为对照组20例和观察组20例。在常规抗病毒治疗基础上,对照组患者采取Vit B_(12)注射液治疗,观察组患者则采取正清风痛宁注射液+Vit B_(12)注射液治疗,两组患者均治疗一周,观察两组患者治疗效果以及疼痛分数。结果观察组患者整体治疗结果显著高于对照组治疗结果(P<0.05),数据具有统计学意义;治疗前两组患者疼痛(VAS)分数无差异(P>0.05);治疗1周后,观察组疼痛(VAS)分数较对照组疼痛(VAS)分数更低(P<0.05),数据有统计学意义。结论正清风痛宁注射液与Vit B_(12)注射液进行联合应用,在带状疱疹治疗中疗效更为确切,对于改善患者临床疗效,降低疼痛感有显著意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with Vit B_(12)injection in the treatment of herpes zoster,and to provide an efficient treatment plan for the treatment of this disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with herpes zoster were selected in this study and divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)according to the principle of randomized control.On the basis of conventional antiviral therapy,patients in the control group were treated with Vit B_(12)injection,and patients in the observation group were treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning injection+Vit B_(12)injection.Patients in both groups were treated for one week,and the therapeutic effect and pain score of patients in both groups were observed.Results The overall treatment result of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the data had statistical significance.There was no difference in pain(VAS)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the pain(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the data was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined application of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection and Vit B_(12)injection is more effective in the treatment of herpes zoster,which has significant significance in improving clinical efficacy and reducing pain,and is worth popularizing.
