健康教育对青少年抑郁症患儿父母心理状况的影响

Influence of health education on the psychological status of parents of children with adolescent depression

目的探讨健康教育对青少年抑郁症患儿父母心理状况的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年2月重庆市精神卫生中心就诊的68例青少年抑郁症患儿父母作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对研究对象进行心理测评。结果健康教育前SCL-90各项因子(除偏执、精神病性症状外)评分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育后SCL-90各项因子(除偏执、精神病性症状外)评分与健康教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育前SDS、SAS评分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育后SDS、SAS评分低于健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论青少年抑郁症会对患儿父母心理产生影响,及时对患儿父母开展系统的健康教育,能改善其心理状况。

Objective To explore the influence of health education on the psychological status of parents of children with adolescent depression.Methods A total of 68 parents of children with adolescent depression who visited Chongqing Mental Health Center from October 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The research subjects were psychologically assessed using the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results The scores of SCL-90 factors(except for paranoia and psychiatric symptoms)before health education were higher than the domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the SCL-90 factors(except for paranoia and psychiatric symptoms)scores after health education compared to before health education(P<0.01).The SDS and SAS scores before health education were higher than the domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The SDS and SAS scores after health education were lower than those before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Adolescent depression can have an influence on the psychological status of parents of the sick children.Timely and systematic health education for parents of the sick children can improve their psychological status.
