红外线热像辅助下小针刀治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lumbar and Back Myofascitis with the Aid of Infrared Thermography and Small Needle-knife

目的探讨红外线热像辅助下小针刀在腰背肌筋膜炎治疗中的应用效果,并评估其安全性。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月广东药科大学附属第二医院收治的腰背肌筋膜炎患者60例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),对照组予常规小针刀治疗,研究组则在红外线热像辅助下进行小针刀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、相关疼痛评分及并发症情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)较对照组(76.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组相关疼痛评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线热像技术能够对患者病情变化进行直观观察,并根据不同区域温度差异反映患者腰背肌损伤程度,有助于指导小针刀的针对性治疗,从而优化治疗效果,缓解疼痛程度,减少并发症。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of small needle-knife assisted by infrared thermography in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis.Methods 60 patients with lumbar and dorsal myofascitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received conventional small needle-knife treatment,and the study group received small needle-knife treatment with the aid of infrared thermography.The clinical efficacy,related pain scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).After treatment,the relevant pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared thermography technology can visually observe the changes of the patient's condition,and reflect the degree of injury of the patient's lumbar and back muscles according to the temperature differences in different regions,which is helpful to guide the targeted treatment of small needle-knife,so as to optimize the treatment effect,relieve the degree of pain,and reduce complications.
