磁共振表观弥散系数值对结直肠癌患者的预测效果研究

Study on the Predictive Effect of Magnetic Resonance Apparent Diffusion Coefficient(ADC)Values in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的分析磁共振表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值与结直肠癌患者临床疗效的关系。方法方便选取2021年12月—2023年2月无锡市人民医院就诊的112例结直肠癌患者为研究组,同时选取112例健康体检人群为对照组,均接受磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)检查,比较化疗前后ADC值,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC曲线),分析ADC值对结直肠癌的预测效能。结果对照组ADCT值高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组ADCR值、ADCU值、ADCGMM值与研究组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ADCT值预测治疗结直肠癌的AUC是0.899,95%CI可信区间是0.841~0.953,灵敏度是95.78%,特异度是90.64%。结论DWI、ADC值可用于结直肠癌患者效果预测,具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To analyze the relationship between magnetic resonance apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values and clinical outcomes of colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital from December 2021 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study group,and 112 healthy people were selected as the control group.All patients were examined by diffusion weighted imaging(DWI).ADC values were compared before and after chemotherapy,and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)was drawn to analyze the predictive efficacy of ADC values for colorectal cancer.Results The ADCT value of the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference of the ADCR value,ADCU value and ADCGMM value of the control group compared with the study group(P>0.05).The ADCT value predicts that the AUC for colorectal cancer treatment was 0.899,the 95%CI confidence interval was 0.841 to 0.953,and the sensitivity was 95.78%,and the specificity was 90.64%.Conclusion DWI、ADC values can be used to predict the outcome of colorectal cancer patients with certain reference value.
