高频超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断与鉴别诊断效果研究

Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Plasma Cell Mastitis by High-frequency Ultrasound

目的临床鉴别诊断浆细胞性乳腺炎时高频超声技术的效果及价值讨论。方法方便选取2022年4月—2023年4月贵航贵阳医院收治的疑似浆细胞性乳腺炎患者96例为研究对象,均采取高频超声诊断,金标准为组织病理检查数据,分析高频超声的检出数据、诊断效能、诊断符合率。结果高频超声的特异度、敏感度及准确率分别是96.36%、97.56%、96.88%,与组织病理相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高频超声的单纯导管扩张型浆细胞性乳腺炎诊断符合率为90.91%、囊肿型浆细胞性乳腺炎诊断符合率为100.00%、肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎诊断符合率为100.00%。结论临床检查乳腺炎疾病中,高频超声可以准确鉴别浆细胞性乳腺炎,其特异性、敏感性佳,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect and value of high-frequency ultrasound in differential diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis.Methods 96 patients with suspected plasmacytic mastitis treated in Guihang Guiyang Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.High-frequency ultrasound diagnosis was adopted,and the gold standard was histopathological examination data.The detection data,diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic conformity rate of high-frequency ultrasound were analyzed.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound were 96.36%,97.56%and 96.88%,respectively,and there was no significant difference compared with histopathology(P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound was 90.91%for pure dilated plasma cell mastitis,100.00%for cyst plasma cell mastitis and 100.00%for mass plasma cell mastitis.Conclusion In clinical examination of mastitis disease,high-frequency ultrasound can accurately distinguish plasma cell mastitis,its specificity and sensitivity are good,and it has clinical application value.
