分析针刺中医辨证取穴治疗冠心病,心绞痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Selection Based on Syndrome Differentiation on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的观察在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛治疗中采用针刺中医辨证取穴治疗的价值。方法随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月于广西南宁市第八人民医院诊治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例为研究对象,根据硬币法分为比较组和研究组,各50例。两组患者均实施常规药物治疗,研究组在此基础上加用针刺中医辨证取穴治疗,比较两组治疗效果、心绞痛发作情况、心功能、不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率为98.00%高于比较组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027)。治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作情况优于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组心功能优于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛治疗中采取针刺中医辨证取穴,可以提高治疗效果,改善心绞痛发作情况,促进心功能恢复,也有助于不良反应的减少。

Objective To observe the value of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of angina pectoris with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated and treated in the Eighth People's Hospital of Nanning,Guangxi from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into the comparison group and the research group according to coin method,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional drugs,and the research group added acupuncture on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and point selection treatment,and compared the treatment effect,angina pectoris attack,heart function and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the research group was 98.00%higher than that of the comparison group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027).After treatment,angina pectoris attack in the research group was better than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart function of the research group was better than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in research group was lower than that in comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,acupuncture can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the attack of angina pectoris,promote the recovery of heart function,and also help to reduce adverse reactions.
