热毒宁注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎的效果分析

Effect of Reduning Injection Combined with Oseltamivir in Treatment of Viral Pneumonia

目的分析热毒宁注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎的效果。方法方便选取2022年8月—2023年7月曹县人民医院收治的病毒性肺炎患者98例,以随机数表法分组。对照组49例患者采用奥司他韦治疗,研究组49例患者在此基础上联用热毒宁注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状与体征消退时间、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平以及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为95.92%与对照组的81.63%相比更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、气喘消失时间与退热时间与对照组相比更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组hs-CRP、IL-6水平与对照组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎效果确切,能够促进患者症状与体征恢复,缓解机体炎症反应,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Reduning injection combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of viral pneumonia.Methods A total of 98 patients with viral pneumonia admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected and grouped by random number table method.49 patients in the control group were treated with oseltamivir,while 49 patients in the study group were treated with Reduning injection.The clinical efficacy,time to resolution of symptoms and signs,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than that of the control group(81.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.018,P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,asthma and fever in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduning injection combined with oseltamivir has a definite effect in the treatment of viral pneumonia,which can promote the recovery of symptoms and signs of patients,relieve the inflammatory response of the body,and has clinical application value.
