分析单孔胸腔镜手术在肺结节临床治疗中的应用价值

Analyzing the Application Value of Single-port Thoracoscopic Surgery in the Clinical Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules

目的分析单孔胸腔镜手术治疗肺结节的治疗效果及应用价值。方法随机选择2021年5月—2023年5月巨野县人民医院收治的40例肺结节患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法,分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予单孔胸腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、并发症发生率与住院时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组的有效率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜手术治疗对肺结节,能够明显提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyse of the therapeutic effect and application value of single-hole thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules.Methods 40 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 20 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given single-port thoracoscopic surgery,to compare the clinical efficacy complication rate and hospitalization time of patients with pulmonary nodules in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the efficiency of patients with pulmonary nodules in the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients with pulmonary nodules in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of patients with pulmonary nodules in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic surgery can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the complication rate of patients,with pulmonary nodules.
