当前,EPC模式已然在国内建筑行业广泛普及,其属于一种集约型、高效率的管理模式。在EPC项目管理工作中,最为关键的一环便是风险管控,要求把它贯穿在项目全程,对于EPC项目的最终效益会带来较大影响,所以,对EPC项目中的风险管理展开深度研究有一定的现实意义。本文以此方面内容为主题展开详细分析,提出了风险管理的具体策略,以供有关管理人员参考借鉴。

At present,EPC mode has been widely popularized in the domestic construction industry,which belongs to an intensive and efficient management mode.In EPC project management,the most critical part is risk control,which is required to run through the whole project and will have a great impact on the final benefit of EPC projects.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to conduct in-depth research on risk management in EPC projects.This paper makes a detailed analysis of this content and puts forward some specific strategies of risk management for reference of relevant managers.
